With over three decades of experience in the granite industry, Dr. Yadav is a seasoned geologist and accomplished leader. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology with a Gold Medal from the University of Rajasthan, an MSc in Geology, and a PhD in the Origins and Chemistry of Jalore Granites and Rhyolites. His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his academic expertise, has made him a valuable asset to the company.
22+ Years Of Experience
With over 22 years of experience in geology and mining, Nikunj Mistry is well- versed in mining laws, rules, and environmental regulations. He excels in geological mapping and exploration, identification of mineral properties, and the preparation of geological reports that adhere to government standards.
6+ Years Of Experience
A skilled geologist with six years of experience in mining, environment, and geology. His key areas of expertise include mining plan and scheme development, closure plan preparation, environmental clearance acquisition, monitoring of mining site with respect to environment perspective i.e. air, water & soil, DGPS surveys, mine evaluation, reserve estimation, government liaison, and geological mapping and exploration.
36+ Years Of Experience
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the mineralogical and chemical composition of rocks and minerals in Gujarat and neighboring states. He is skilled in spectrometry analysis and proficient in the operation of advanced instruments such as AAS, XRD, ICPMS, and XRF for chemical analysis. His knowledge of laboratory safety standards and his managerial expertise ensure efficient and timely laboratory operations.
6+ Years Of Experience
Darshal Patel specializes in chemical analysis of minerals and environmental parameters, with expertise in ISO 17025:2017 standards and Lab Safety Standards. Darshal is skilled in analytical problem-solving, and environmental monitoring, focusing on water, soil, and air parameters. He has conducted environmental and green audits for industries and educational institutions. Previously, Darshal worked as a Project Assistant at the Gujarat Environment Management Institute (GEMI) in Gandhinagar, where he gained extensive experience in environmental management and research.
